Simply visit our website www.umeedenoor.com, browse through our collection, select your favorite items, choose your size, and click “Add to Cart.”
Once you’re ready, go to checkout, enter your shipping details, and complete your order.


2. What payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept Bank Transfer as our primary payment method.
After placing your order, you’ll receive our bank details to complete your payment.
Your order will be confirmed once payment has been received.


3. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?

Yes we offer Cash on Delivery(COD). We deal in COD, Bank Transfer and Jazzcash


4. How long does delivery take?

Orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days across Pakistan, depending on your city and courier service availability.
We’ll send you a tracking number once your order is shipped so you can monitor the progress.


5. How much is the shipping cost?

Shipping charges vary depending on your location and order weight.
Any applicable charges will be shown at checkout before confirming your order.

6. Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we accept returns or exchanges if:

  • The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect

  • You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in original packaging

Currently, we deliver only within Pakistan, but international shipping is something we plan to introduce soon.
