We take great care to ensure that every product you receive meets our quality standards. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.
1. Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:
- The product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
- You notify us within 3 days of receiving your order.
- The product is unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging with all tags intact.
Please note:
- Products purchased during sale or clearance events are not eligible for return or exchange unless defective.
- Custom or stitched items cannot be returned once processed.
2. How to Request a Return or Exchange
To start a return or exchange, please email us at umeedenoor01@gmail.com with:
- Your order number
- The reason for return or exchange
- A clear photo of the item showing the issue
Once your request is reviewed, we will guide you through the next steps.
3. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item received was defective or sent by mistake.
- Please ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid damage during return shipping.
- We recommend using a trackable courier service.
4. Refund Process
Refunds are only applicable under certain conditions:
- If the returned item meets our eligibility criteria.
- If the ordered item is out of stock and cannot be replaced.
Refunds are issued via bank transfer within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product.
5. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or design (subject to availability):
- You will be required to pay any price difference if applicable.
- Shipping charges for exchanges are the customer’s responsibility (unless due to a product error on our part).
6. Non-Returnable Items.Â
For hygiene and quality reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Worn or washed clothing
- Accessories such as scarves or jewelry
- Custom or made-to-order pieces
- Items bought during final sales
7. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us immediately at umeedenoor01@gmail.com with photos.
We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost to you.
